Elmer’s continues to monitor local health and CDC guidelines regarding our Covid-19 procedures and may change our procedures if this guidance changes. We continue to offer:

  • Thorough cleaning, reduced sharing of materials, and staying home when sick
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers stationed around the store
  • Touchless credit card machine
  • Signage displayed around store and floor markings to remind customers to maintain a safe distance.
  • Curbside and in-store pickup

Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup will continue as an option for customers.

We offer curbside pickup of online and phone orders.  Phone orders may be placed using a credit card.  There is a buzzer on the door to the left of the main entrance that you can ring for pickup.

FAQs on Phone & Online Ordering

Gift cards and coupons may be used for phone orders. Our website is unable to process these items at this time.

Yes! For phone orders, give the associate the card number or phone number associated with the account.

For online orders, on the Shopping Cart page you will see an “edit comments” option. Click this and type in your Rewards Card number or the phone number associated with the account.

Yes, we plan to continue this service for the comfort and safety of our customers. Please ring the bell beside the door and we will bring your order out to you.

You do not need to call. Please ring the bell and we will bring your order to you.

It is helpful for us but not required that you add a note in the “edit comments” option on the online Shopping Cart page with an approximate pickup time. We do ask that livestock be picked up within 2 days of ordering. After that, we can no longer guarantee your order will be in stock and will provide a refund for anything no longer available.

Yes. On the shopping cart page there is an option to “edit comments.” If you click this you will have a box where you can indicate a preference when applicable.
