We can ship aquarium parts and supplies via the US postal service Priority Mail (2-3 day). Call us at 412-372-6535 Monday-Friday, and we can create an order from our larger inventory of parts or aquarium supplies that we have in stock. Additional shipping charges will apply for heavy, or bulky items such as bird seed, or gravel. |

Many items we stock are not practical to ship. These items are listed in our catalog for in-store pickup only. We do not ship * Tanks * Stands * Glass covers * Aquarium canopies * Livestock * Gravel and Bulk items We do not ship outside of the U.S. |
Postal Express Mail |
Upon request we can ship Postal Express Mail. These arrive 1-2 business days after we send them. Packages will be billed at the rate we are charged for plus a $5.00 special packing charge. Typical total cost is- $28.00- $35.00. We suggest Postal Express Mail for biological starter products and live marine foods. We do not ship fish. |

Orders are typically filled and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Due to stock shortages, some items may be back ordered and ship at a later date. We will notify you by e-mail if the entire order does not ship at the same time. Prior to back ordering an item or partial shipping an order Elmer's Aquarium will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Elmer's Aquarium's web site does not offer on-line order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact our order department at (412) 372-6535 or e-mail to elmersaquarium@aol.com. within 24 business hours of placing your order.

To check on the status of your order, please contact our store at (412) 372-6535 Mon-Fri 10 am. to 4 pm, or e-mail to elmersaquarium@aol.com. Our shipping manager Caitlin Gallagher will reply to your e-mail inquiries.

- Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. We recommend you can use the original box the items arrived in. You may use another box if you prefer.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Ship items directly to our store. The store address can be found on our web site or on the original packing slip (receipt).
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error): Items are not returnable if they are in un-sellable condition, or are missing parts.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

All payments are in advance and by credit card. Your card is charged only for the items that are shipped, plus any shipping charges. Rest assured that we do NOT charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process.

How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
We reveal only the last digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card processor.
