Elmer's Aquarium Community Tank Suggestion Type 2
Moons/Medium Tetras: A
community of peaceful, active fish
This popular community
contains active, hardy fish and peaceful fish that should do well
together.
Many of these fish look good in groups of 3 or more. This popular
community group gives you some of the most colorful and diverse fish to
pick from.
Housing:
This community tank is
suitable for tanks 10 gallon or more with standard filtration and heating.
(For filtration we recommend an undergravel filter and an outside power
filter. You can use live or plastic plants. Temperature 76-80.
Live plants will add to
the decor of the tank, and also provide a hiding area toward the back of
the tank. If you prefer not to use live plants provide some rocks and
plastic plants to the rear with some open swimming room in the front.
Feeding: Feed 2-3 times a day with
standard foods such as flake foods and brine shrimp. Good supplements
include Tetra Bits, frozen bloodworms, live brine shrimp, vegetable based
flake food, and algae tablets for your catfish. |
