General:  A very peaceful and colorful gourami.    They should only be mized with other small peaceful fish.  A tank with lots of floating vegetation is best.   Males are more colorful; females are plain colored. Adult males are truly a "show" fish. They like warm water with floating vegetation.

Feeding:  Standard a variety of foods such as flake food, brine shrimp, plankton, Tetra Color Bits. 2-3times a day.
