General: An active fish compatible with similar size fish; not recommended to mix with slow moving fish as they can nip fins. Prefers larger tank with floating vegetation. A warmth loving fish (78-82 degrees). Prefers one teaspoon of salt per gallon. Can be mixed in a brackish water tank
Longevity: 5 years
Compatibility: Mixes with Gouramis, barbs, sharks, cats, swords, peaceful

Notes: This fish is well known for its ability to shoot insects out of
the air by spitting water.
Feeding: Feed standard foods with an occasional live worm or live
brine shrimp.
